I have TB on two pcs. When I receive new emails (imap), both of the pcs received it. Lets name them pc1 and pc2. If pc1 reads the new email,pc2 will also mark the new email as read. How can I prevent that and do not mark new emais as read if pc1 opens them?

Don't use IMAP, use POP.

Using the correct protocol to do what you want is half the battle when it comes to email.
