Because thos was allowed to happen someone has hacked my phone account and everything in it they've taken over my phone it's so bad I'll have to purchase a new phone it's not my fault it's yours I think you should replace my hacked phone thos isn't the first time either I'm so sick of these people doing and getting away with it. This does not sound like an issue with Firefox for Android, but is something that your telephone service provider should be able to help you with.
