open the calendar tab and look at the calendars listed on the left of the screen. Select the Google one and right click it to unsubscribe.

I don't find a calendar list on the left, or right. here's a screen shot of what I see.

I see my account in Lightning but it will not allow me to unsubscribe my google account.

How on earth can I remove the account as I no longer want to use lightning?
