I need assistance with my mac. Each time I try to open up Firefox browser I’m alerted that I can not run two separate instances at once. Warning says Firefox is already runing and you can not run two versions at once

Hello,

I am not completely sure if the commands translate, but I believe you can execute killall firefox to stop all running instances of Firefox.

this didnt work however im loged into FireFox browser now so idk. i enteres killall firefox in terminal and it was unrecognized
