Evening! Is there a way to generate an auto response that goes out to all email recipients? We recently had an employee resign and need his email to automatically send a response of new email address for his position. Thank You! Susan

Hi You probably don't want to set that up in Thunderbird, even though Thunderbird can do it. Responses are only sent when Thunderbird is on and downloading emails, so someone would need to log in to Thunderbird with the employee's account every day for the responses to go out. Better to set auto reply up on the source email account, through webmail - that way nobody has to log in to make it work once it is set up.
