From and To addresses are blank in both preview pane and message window. Continues across reboots; compacting doesn't help. Similar setup on another computer displays From and To normally. Fix?

Hi Gib I have this problem too and we haven't manage to resolve it yet. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1394756 I am trying to work out how to set up a new profile and import my messages there to see if that fixes it but it is a little complicated and don't want to mess up my old emails. Shamit
