Received SSL error code: SSL_ERROR_RX_MALFORMED_HANDSHAKE when attempting to communicate with JetBlue.com. JetBlue claims issue is with Firefox on my computer. When I go thru Google Chrome, I can communicate successfully with JetBlue with no error issues. I tried using your self-help screens, but find them of no benefit in resolving my problem.
