I use the apostropy key and up pops. Quick find (links only) I have tried everything, please help!!!

I have tried everything, nothing seems to work, I just updated to the most recent version hopping that the developers had attended to this issue. I have tried the about:config and made a true\false to shut off all quick search functionality but it doesn't work. Nothing seems to get the (') key to stop bringing up the search box....

It does it sporadically, how can I shut off ALL hot key\combination key quick launches?
