Can I add the "New Tab" option back to menu that comes up when you right click a tab?

In version 3 if you right click the the tab bar you had an option to open a new tab. In version 4 that option is no longer present.

Firefox 4 has a New Tab button on the tab bar that shows as a plus sign (+). You can also double click with the left mouse button on empty space on the tab bar to pen a new tab.
