Hi Rayc81-

If you have a Yahoo mail account, you should be able to go to yahoo.com and sign in. This should allow you to find your mail. If you can go to Yahoo but are seeing an error, or are unable to get to your mail it may be caused by corrupted cookies.

How to clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache": 

   Firefox > Preferences > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems: 

   Firefox > Preferences > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
