when I open a new tab I would like it to open with my home page. Currently I have to click the home icon to go to my home page. The first tab opens with my home page but not extra ones.

You can middle-click the Home button to have Firefox open your Homepage in a new Tab.

Or you can install this add-on:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/new-tab-homepage/

Hi Janee34,

You should check out some of the add-ons such as New Tab King. You can find out more about add-ons in the Find and install add-ons to add features to Firefox Knowledge Base article.

Hopefully this helps!

Middle clicking works perfectly. Thank you.

The above solutions did not work for me (what is middle clicking). I installed the add on but it did not work. My home page is google, com.au which opens in the first tab - after installing the add on this url opens in subsequent tabs http://www.searchqu.com/406?tag=newtab . How do I get this to read my home url of http://www.google.com .au

Thanks

Middle clicking is clicking the wheel in the middle of the mouse. If you haven't got a mouse with a wheel I'm not sure what you can do.
