Having trouble with firefox crashing almost every 5 minutes. Only seems to have started since updating to version 11. Crashes still occur in safe mode. Not sure what is causing it. Any advice?

Hi,

You can try to remove any existing rules for Firefox and re-trust Firefox and its supporting files/processes in the EZ security software. Please see this.

That is a problem with the Java plugin (NPJP2.DLL).

You can try to update Java to the latest version.
Also make sure that you allow Java in the firewall.
