A website customer of ours contacted us because the background audio was not playing on their website http://www.silverbackgraphix.com, but only in Firefox (plays fine in IE and Chrome). I tested on my computer and it loaded fine in Firefox v21, however when I updated to v22 like they had the audio no longer played.

hello, some other users have reported the same problem when hidden="true" was included in the embed element: Add-on Compatibility for Firefox 22 | Mozilla Add-ons Blog
