All editing options appear disabled when composing message,can't copy & paste, etc they are greyed out in the menu and don't work on mouse right click
Edit options - Undo, Redo, Copy, Paste, Paste without formatting aren't working, that is they are greyed out in the Edit menu and don't work on the right mouse click. I've disabled add ons, run in safe mode, exit and restarted but problem persists. Can anyone help urgently please.

Mine are greyed out until there is something they can do. So they are all grey until I start typing, paste is greyed if there's nothing on the clipboard, and copy/cut are greyed until I select something.
Are you saying yours are always greyed, even after doing these other things?

Thank you for helping Zenos, I see now, yes they are greyed out until I type something in. I hadn't realised this because i was copying something from Word and pasting it into a new email pane, so was very confused why it wouldn't paste. So this has solved my problem. Thank you
