Is the answer to your question simple as:
- Click/open on the mail with the attachment
- At the bottom, you'll see "1 Attachment: 'Attachment name' "
- Rightclick on the attachment and you'll see "Save as"

attachment not display at the any part in the file(i.e. left , right, top, bottom)
Sounds like the sender inserted the object instead of attaching it.
