Why did firefox block the download for test pilot and notice that firefox is not responding
firefox is very slow to open and give me home page and then half way thru reading emails the screen goes white out and a notice that firefox is not responding?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).
Is the problem still there?
