Have error message firefox and to call 8886650936 report 0x05404903 and locked up it wants my firefox email
Getting popup saying firefox requires my password and to call 1-888-665-0936 error message 0x05404903. Can shut down computer and still there when I go to firefox. it is locked up

edit: ok I see you are posting with a Mac OSX 10.10.5 as per more system details as below is more for Windows.
Perhaps you have some malware on your Windows.Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.
You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:

- MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware
- Anti-Rootkit Utility - TDSSKiller

- Hitman Pro
- ESET Online Scanner
Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista if you don't already have one. Windows 8/10 have antivirus protection built-in.
