I have 2 AOL email accounts, but Thunderbird has created a spam account for only one.
I recently created an email account with AOL and added it to my Thunderbird, but unlike my older email account with AOL Thunderbird it has not created a Spam account for it.
I have looked in the Options and attempted to create one but the option is not there.

Right click the account in the folder pane Select subscribe. Is the spam/ Junk folder subscribed?
The option "Subscribe" does not appear.
If the option in not available it means you have created the account as POP. POP accounts will not have an AOL SPAM folder. They will only have a Thunderbird junk folder.
