How do you create a new password (not master) for T-bird?
The sign in will not accept what has been my password. Either I forgot it or it has been changed. How do I put in a new pswd that will be accepted?

Go to Tools|Options|Security|Passwords->Saved Passwords. You can see all your stored passwords there. Removing any that misbehave is a good first step.
