Hi, try restarting your PC - right click the Start button > Restart (not Shutdown, which in Win10 works in a different way).

If that doesn't help, try right click the tiny icon > Delete. Now start Firefox from a Desktop icon or the Start Menu, then right click on its Taskbar icon > Pin to Taskbar.
