I used to have lightening, now that I upgraded to thunderbird 45.7 I no longer see it

After upgrade to 45.7, I can't install any lightening version, ,as versions are not compatible. This may be because its now packaged with thunderbird ?? But I cant see any way to turn it on

Being on linux, your distro packages Lightning. So perhaps there is a problem there.
