Firefox does not open any site while IE is open.Firefox has refreshed (dns & proxy are also disabled).Firefox does not give an error &only blank page is display

IE being open should not affect Firefox.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
