Firefox 73.0.1 64 bit extremely slow connecting to sites. Prevent accessiblity services is checked. Also ran in safe mode, problem still exists.

firefox 73.0.1 64 bit on windows 10. Connection time is extremely slow. I've checked Prevent Accessibility Services and also ran in safe mode with no change. Firefox has been reinstalled twice with same results.
