Create email using a mailing list
There are two methods producing different results. Via the Address Book
On the Mail Toolbar, locate 'Address Book'.
Click Address Book to open it. Select the mailing list. Click the Write button.
Following the above instructions as close as possible, only address #1 and address #3 are added to the outgoing page. Why did it stop there ? What can I do now ? At a time when sending via an address list is critical, the process fails. Good gief.

Is address #2 a valid email address? Does the list name have any spaces or special characters?
