Hi, i've just installed a new version of firefox, i logged in with my account but i've lost my passwords, preference and everything

Hi Sync is not working, i made a new fresh install, changed my password and on this mac and my mobile sync is not working, while in another laptop my preferences, passwords and everything are there. Now i'm afari to close the other laptop, i could change every password (and they are difficult to remember)
