What are the effects of clearing cache, and maybe data too? I need to free up some space on my phone and FF has 531MB of data and 138MB of cache.

Hi

If you clear data, you will lose everything in the app and Firefox for Android will be taken back to a first run state. Clear cache is better and safer.

Also try clear cache on other apps on your Android device.

If you clear data, you will lose everything in the app and Firefox for Android will be taken back to a first run state. Clear cache is better and safer.

Also try clear cache on other apps on your Android device.

Using Firefox 83, cannot clear ALL Cached Web Content (6.0 KB) remains?

I don't know if something has been placed in my cache that's not removable that is tracking me or following me around?
