I have an outlook.com email account with approx 30 sub-folders under the "Archive" folder.

Upon installing Thunderbird email client on Windows 10, the "Archive" folder is only showing the top 4 sub-folders.

I have tried searching on Google but cannot find the solution!

Are all the folders subscribed? Right-click the account in the Folder Pane, Subscribe, Refresh, and see if the missing folders are unchecked (unsubscribed).

I have already tried that and they are not even visible there.

All the folders are visible using Outlook 2016 or using Outlook.com web mail.
