Email to this account goes directly to deleted. Red dotted lines around all the fields on the form showing what I am guessing are tables.

emails to id@drbyrne.ca go directly to the deleted folder. Red borders and breaks in the message. I have two other computers with the same setup and they work just fine. There is another address on this computer from same @drbyrne.ca that works just fine. This message shows up. A unique identity matching the From address was not found. The message will be sent using the current From field and setting From identity XXXX

In addition to the error message, the whole email is displayed like a table. Red dotted lines around all the fields on the form showing what I am guessing are tables.

The display you are describing sounds like how Thunderbird would display the email if it was being edited.

click on the forward or reply and see if the formatting stays the same with the table elements and borders being visible.

I can certainly see what your getting at but opening email in this issue doesn't bring up the reply etc options. If they are there I can't find them. Dennis
