When using ebay to upload photos in message center page refreshes and loose all that was done.

Also refreshing pages in desktop mode puts pages back to web /wap format ever since build 68 has got worse.

Can't access about:config to change refresh issues.

Is it just eBay where you are unable to upload files?

Do you have any add-ons enabled? What level of enhanced tracking protection do you have set?
