My husband stole my phone. I can provide the number, my info, our home address. His b day ss#. I just want into my phone. My texts, calls photos, web activity since he changed all passwords, and hes my legal husband for 5 year's and he took my phone i bought b4 we married.

I think this is more of a serious issue, You should report it police. If your data is linked with email, you can change your email password, by clicking forget password, if you have linked that email with any other backup email, things would be easier.
