Hola, Eso parece un error durante una actualización, tienes que desinstalarlo, luego eliminar la carpeta de instalación del Firefox (C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox para Windows 64bits) , descargar la versión completa: https://www.mozilla.org/es-AR/firefox/all/#product-desktop-release y volverlo a instalar desde esta versión descargada.
