Rootsmagic.com has a "Chat" button on the lower right corner of it's screens. Except I can't see it; Firefox seems to be blocking it. (At least that's what the Rootsmagic tech support people have suggested.) What do you have to say? You should provide steps to replicate. Looks like we have to be signed in and a paying customer to get the chat option. I do see the help option in the bottom left corner. see screenshot
