My computer has a virus and a) I can't connect to the internet b) can't get to my firefox bookmarks to back them up. Where are they stored on the hard drive?
My computer has a virus and I have to reformat my computer. I can not get to the internet with this computer and trying to find where the bookmarks are saved on the hard drive.

We have the same problem. First thing I did is make a back up files then reformat the computer and install and update the Bitdefender antivirus.
