Your issue may be caused by Malware. You can run and update the following free anti virus software:

1. Malwarebytes (Free version) - http://www.malwarebytes.org

2. Spybot Search & Destroy - http://www.safer-networking.org

3.Spyware Terminator - http://www.spywareterminator.com

In addition, there are a number of forums you can use to help get rid of your infection. These include:

I was plagued with this malware or virus or whatever it is. I tried SPYbot Search and Destroy. It worked great! No more redirects. Spybot downloads quickly, installs painlessly and scanned and fixed this computer in a few minutes. It found other problems I never knew I had and it fixed them too.

Just fixed this prob on a clients computer, after trying all my usual fixes (including those listed above) tried "Hitman pro" it worked. Google it.

I spoke too soon about Spybot S&D. It helped but it didn't completely eliminate the problem. I tried Hitman Pro and now I am totally OK. Hitman Pro is free for 30 days. It found much more junk than Spybot did.
