I cannot get firefox to boot up when I double click on the icon
When I click on the "globe" to start Firefox Mozilla, my computer will not go to the internet. It won't do anything. The only way I can get online is through Windows Internet Ex0lorer now. I have been using Mozilla Firefox for many years and this has just happened in the last month. I have not gotten a new computer. The only thing that is new is new phones, but I have a cable modem and I don't do dial-up. I did download and add Webroot Spy Sweeper recently.

Suggestions:
- Try launching a profile manager as described at Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles.
- Disable any active anti-viruses and firewalls and try again.
- Try installing and launching another version of Firefox: beta or 3.5.x. (This will preserve all your bookmarks and user settings.)
