The quality of images on all the websites I open are low. On YouTube, I see instructions like "press Shift + A to improve image quality", I do it and see image quality has improved. But this keyboard function doesn't work on other websites. I open the pictures saved on my hard drive and see they are perfectly alright. But when I open an website, I see the images on that website are low. This kind of problem has never occurred before. I restarted my computer multiple times, but yet no change! Now how do I restore the image quality settings? Or how do I make it default that all images on all the websites will be high/proper quality?

See Website colors are wrong, I would start with the section on 256 color mode.

You seem to have an ISP or a mobile connection with a low bandwidth and your ISP sends images in low quality to speed up page loading. If you do not want to use that feature then you should look for an option to opt-out of that service or contact your ISP. You can also check the connection settings in Firefox (Tools > Options > Advanced > Network: Connection) to see if you use a proxy.
