Using Firefox 4.0.1 and Adobe Reader 10, Adobe documents will not open in Firefox from web sites.

I have multiple sites where I retrieve Adobe files (financial statements, monthly statements and invoices, etc.). Since I have updated to Firefox 4.0.1 and Adobe 10, most of the time the Adobe documents will not open in a Firefox window. I click on them to open them, but they just hang. I can open them fine in IE8. Thanks.

Change the settings, in FireFox, to make PDF documents open up with Adobe Reader, instead of opening within the FireFox browser. 

    Tools > Options > Applications tab> change actions to open with Adobe Reader instead
