After installing 'downloadhelper' the logo appears but no arrow! how do I rectify?Ihave recently upgraded to fire fox '5'
When watching a video I go to the red,blue and yellow ball logo to download but no arrow appears as indicated on the help video on your add on web page I think it was posted by darkjoka or something similar. He did emphasize that it was the arrow not the three balls logo ,all that happens is a box appears showing various sites and their popularity great but that doesn't interest me Ijust want it to do what is say's on the 'can'.

Did you update to the latest 4.9.3 version?
If that didn't help then try "Reset toolbars and controls" on the Safe mode start window. See also:
