Mozilla hasn't offered Firefox on a CD in a number of years now. When they did, it was available for purchase for about $2.50 at the Mozilla Store.

If you are unable to download Firefox with any of the PC's at work, download it at another location and transfer it to those PC's via a USB Flash stick or CDR.
