Trying to connect to a student loan application but states above reason--"incompatible browser???". I have the latest Firefox Installed. Message says I need Firefox 3.5x and 3.6x--????

You could install the portable Firefox version 3.6 to avoid a conflict with the newer version. If you can contact the person running the page itself, you could advise him that Firefox is now up to version 6, and version 7 will be available soon.
