Thanks for your attempt at trying to help but I still cannot receive current Gmail emails. I've tried most of the headings suggested. Can you be more specific with instructions at what an old timer should do - I consider myself an old timer at 83!!!

Thanks for your attempt at trying to help but I still cannot receive current Gmail emails. I've tried most of the headings suggested. Can you be more specific with instructions at what an old timer should do - I consider myself an old timer at 83!!!
