I downloaded the new mozilla and it installed, but it doesn't work.
It just shows the home page but wont go to any websites. it doesn't even seem to load. explorer works and chrome works. what do I do?

It could be that your security software is blocking Firefox. See Firefox can't load websites but other browsers can and Fix problems connecting to websites after updating Firefox.
