Open a new firefox window. Open bookmarks window Close the firefox window you opened in the begining and leave the bookmarks window open. Try again to open a new firefox window from Windows; you just can't; You have to close the bookmarks window FIRST, THEN reopen firefox.

If the Bookmarks library window is open and displaying then Firefox is still running.

Opening any bookmark, history item or folder from that library opens a new Firefox window.
