Newly installed Firefox, doesn't remember passwords at all
I just installed Firefox 12 on a new computer and after the first password, it stopped remembering any other passwords, nor doe it ask me if I want to save them. I am not in Private Browsing mode, and the 'remember passwords' box in the Options is ticked.
I tried deleting the key3.db and signons.sqlite files as is recommended elsewhere, but that didn't help
Could this be because I installed the LastPass add-on? I removed it, but maybe it caused some lingering damage? Thanks!

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

Thanks! Turns out it was the hardware acceleration causing the problem.
