how do I put tabs on the bottom. I don't get that option when I go to the options.

That item was removed form the Context Menu. You need to change it in the advanced prefs window.

Type about:config in the URL bar and hit Enter.
If you see the warning, you can confirm that you want to access that page.

Pref = browser.tabs.onTop - right-click and toggle to False
