Make sure you followed steps from How do I add a device to Firefox Sync?.

That's the thing I can't get the code to accept, I type the code in correctly & as soon as I click continue it says try again & the code auto changes. Is there a fix to my problem?

Maybe you can try to enter the name (e-mail) and password and sync key manually.

  • Click "I already have a Firefox Sync account" : Connect
  • Click "I don't have the device with me" at the bottom to enter the account settings

You can inspect the "Sync Key" on the computer where you installed Sync via "Tools > Options > Sync"

  • Click the "Manage Account" button to display more options
  • Click on the "My Sync Key" link to backup the current sync key
