FF hangs on startup & I never get to the toolbar to reset, get error C: docume~etc appcompat.txt
Firefox doesn't load at all, I get the beginning of the home page but it's all blank. When I send and error message to the Evil Empire, I'm told that the error is docume~|larry.pc|config~1|temp|WER5713.dir00|appcompat.txt.
When I click on the link on how to fix the problem, I go right back to the blank home page and hang again.
I never get an opportunity to do the reset thing.

hello, can you click the box to reset firefox in the dialog window when you press the shift key while firefox is launching?
