HI, We have bought a valid SSL from "https://www.ssls.com". We have installed it in out site and when we open our site in the firefox it is showing "This connection is untrusted" add exception error. This error is not coming in other browsers like "Chrome", "IE", "Opera", "Safari", etc... This is causing so much inconvenience to our customers. How can we avoid this issue.

That sounds weird, two days ago when I registered my site http://www.helpitx.com with cloudflare CDN services, I also received this error on firefox but not only on firefox, I was getting this error on all browsers. Well I was just trying cloudflare at that time so it didn't satisfy me and I removed that. Since then it is working fine.

The app.practicepa.com server doesn't send a required intermediate certificate.

You can inspect the certificate chain via a site like this:

You will have to install missing the intermediate certificates on the server to allow Firefox to build a certificate chain that ends with the AddTrust External CA Root root certificate.
