I'm trying to download Mozilla on my Toshiba and the security scan just keeps running (over 10 minutes with no other messages)
I had downloaded the Mozilla for AOL program, but it interfered with my on-line law school classes. I uninstalled the Mozilla program, and I'm trying to reinstall the latest download Mozilla, but I can't seem to get out of the "running security scan..." message. It's running for over 15 minutes without any other messages or instructions. Can someone help me?

Try this:
- Download the full Firefox installer and save the file to the desktop
https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all.html - Start the installation with a double-click on the desktop icon
