two out of ten times i try to email or go on the internet the connection fails, the smtp server can not be found and/or the mozilla org certificate is not recognized as valid, this is going on since on hollidays, before that everything worked perfect

Is it the same problem as in this thread?

live.mozillamessaging.com uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is not trusted because no issuer chain was provided. (Error code: sec_error_unkn (long)
